Omnis is a digital-infrastructure company. We built MyOmni.ai — a platform where any citizen communicates, from a single place, with any town hall, institution or company, through AI agents (“digital twins”) placed on an interactive 3D map of the territory.
Interacting digitally with the state and with companies is fragmented and exhausting: dozens of portals, apps and forms that don’t talk to each other. At the micro level, an institution’s own departments aren’t interoperable; at the macro level, institutions don’t communicate. The result is slow processes, high cost, and citizens lost between counters.
Two forces are converging. AI makes a universal conversational interface over messy, heterogeneous systems possible for the first time. And the pressure to digitalise public administration — EU funding, the EU AI Act, transparency requirements — creates real budget and real urgency. Whoever builds the standard communication layer now takes a position that is hard to attack later.
MyOmni.ai is not one app — it is a three-layer system, and each layer is live today. Citizens navigate and talk to every entity around them; organisations build and run their own AI agents; and a decision layer turns the whole network’s signals into action.
The public-facing 3D map & marketplace. People discover and talk to every entity around them — public institutions and private businesses alike, across multiple cities.
Where organisations build, coordinate and run their digital twins — creating entities, configuring agents, and watching conversations and analytics in real time.
A strategic, voice-driven workspace that maps a situation into its concepts and connections — turning the network’s signals into clean, owned decisions.
Our first public integration: Snagov Connect — the first integrated artificial-intelligence system in Romanian public administration. It digitalises the town hall’s communication externally (AI agents giving citizens instant access to information and services) and internally (workflows optimised across departments via a decentralised AI network). Protocol signed since 16.09.2025; system in production.
Snagov then becomes the spearhead for national replication — anchored to the 1995 Snagov Declaration and relaunched through Snagov Summit 2026 (16–19 September, Snagov Palace), positioned as Europe’s first public-private AI-governance protocol at municipal level.
